I appreciate it if you can follow these checkout steps.
- 1. Please notify us of your checkout time by 8:00 PM on the previous day.
- 2. Please close all windows and doors.
- 3. Please ensure all air conditioners and lights are turned off.
- 4. Please lock the door and place the key in the keybox.

Thank you once again for staying at our hotel. We hope you enjoyed your trip to Tokyo.
Due to the extensive cleaning required, we need to plan ahead. We kindly ask you to check out by 11:00.
If you wish to extend your check-out time due to special circumstances, please inform us by 16:00 the day before your check-out date.
Please understand that if there are guests checking in on your check-out date, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
For those who have not notified us of their request for a late check-out in advance, we will charge an extension fee to compensate for the cleaning work. Please understand.
An additional fee of 10,000 yen will be charged per hour.
If the extension exceeds 3 hours, we will charge 100% of the room rate.
