1. About Reservations

There are several reservation methods:
Reserving through our inquiry page has no fees, making it more cost-effective.

If the reservation dates or the number of guests change, modifications are possible.
There are two methods for changes:
1. Contact us through the reservation OTA or our website's inquiry. We can discuss changes in terms of amounts and payment methods. Cash payment for additional charges is recommended, as there are no fees.
2. Submit a modification request directly through the reservation OTA.

Yes, there are discounted rates:
1. Various OTAs occasionally offer discount campaigns.
2. When booking directly through our site, there are no fees, resulting in a lower cost.

Child rates are not available due to the inability to set detailed pricing on reservation sites.
If you wish to discuss discounts, please inquire before making a reservation.

2. About Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time: After 4:00 PM
Check-out time: Until 10:00 AM

Check-in time is generally after 4:00 PM.
However, in cases where cleaning and disinfection are completed, early check-ins before the standard time may be allowed. If you wish, please inquire through the contact methods of each reservation site.

Check-out time is generally until 10:00 AM.
However, if there are no check-ins for the next guest on the check-out day and a request for an extension of the check-out time (Late check-out) is made by 4:00 PM the day before, it may be allowed. If you wish, please inquire through the contact methods of each reservation site.


Early check-in and late check-out outside the specified hours will be charged as follows:
(1) Up to 3 hours: 30% of the room rate
(2) Up to 6 hours: 50% of the room rate
(3) More than 6 hours: Full room rate
Additionally, availability may be subject to the day's booking status.

(1) Please inform us of your planned check-out time in advance.
(2) Close all windows and doors inside the facility on the day of check-out.
(3) Turn off the power to all air conditioners, lights, and other household appliances.
(4) Close the front door, put the key in the key box, and hang it on the fence in front of the entrance.

3. About Life During Your Stay

Since it's a residential area, there is a convenience store and a supermarket within a 3-minute walk. You won't have any trouble purchasing daily necessities.

Cleaning and disinfection are typically done after checkout. Guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay. Cleaning tools are provided, and paid cleaning services are available if you prefer not to clean.

Yes, long-term stays are welcome. Some OTA platforms may not allow long-term bookings, so please inquire for details. Accommodation fees are prepaid, and no refunds are given for mid-stay cancellations.

4. Other Information

We issue receipts through the reservation site. For information on how to obtain a receipt, please check Airbnb's website. If you booked directly through our site, we will issue a receipt, so please contact us in advance if needed.

There is no parking on-site. However, there is a nearby coin parking facility.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available on each floor.
