We kindly request you to follow the important rules listed below:
- 1. No shoes allowed indoors
- 2. Entire facility is non-smoking (including balconies)
- 3. Check-in: 4:00 PM onwards
- 4. Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- 5. When going out, please close all windows and doors throughout the facility
- 6. Turn off electronic appliances such as air conditioning, TV, and lights when
going out
- 7. When using the air conditioner, close the windows and doors of the room
House Rules (Full Text)
Stay Dream Hotel (hereinafter referred to as "the facility") has established the following
house rules to
ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. If these rules are not followed, we reserve the
right to refuse
accommodation or use of the facility. Please note that the facility will not be responsible
for the loss of
guests' property or safety that is not the responsibility of the facility. In the event of
facility
unavailability due to natural disasters, disasters, incidents, or equipment failures, we
will refund the
charges for the unusable days, but we will not compensate for other losses (such as
transportation
expenses).
1. Facility Usage
- (1) No shoes allowed inside the facility, except on balconies. Please do not go
outside wearing indoor
slippers to maintain cleanliness.
- (2) Evacuation can be done through the 1st-floor entrance and windows of
1st-floor rooms.
- (3) Always lock the door when in the room or especially during sleep.
- (4) The entire facility, including balconies, is non-smoking. Smoking inside the
facility incurs a
penalty of 50,000 yen.
※ If smoking is discovered inside the facility, a penalty of 50,000 yen will be
charged.
- (5) Accommodate only the number of guests reserved. Unauthorized guests,
different numbers of guests, or
stays are prohibited.
※ In case of exceeding the reserved number of guests, false reservations, or
stays by unauthorized
guests, a penalty of 15,000 yen per person per night may be charged.
- (6) The facility's contracted amperage is a maximum of 60A. The maximum amperage
for a single electrical
outlet is 15A. Proper electrical usage is essential to avoid power outages.
Improper use of electricity may lead to power outages. Examples of improper
electricity usage include
using air conditioning with room or windows open, using electrical equipment
that generates a large
current on a single outlet, etc.
When excessive current is detected, the power will automatically cut off for 10
seconds. If the
electricity usage is not improved, Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) will
automatically cut off the
power.

Please use electricity and water resources appropriately to avoid waste.
- (7) Close all windows and doors throughout the facility before going out to
prevent rain from entering
in case of sudden weather changes.
- (8) Do not use guest rooms for business purposes (exhibitions, offices, etc.)
without permission.
- (9) No loud parties are allowed, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM, out of
consideration for neighbors.
- (10) Pets are not allowed.
- (11) Foreign travelers may be required to provide a copy of their passport in
advance.
- (12) Please use the furniture, appliances, and bedding in the facility
carefully. In case of damage or
soiling, please inform us promptly.
※ Damage or soiling of furniture, appliances, bedding, etc., will be charged as
a penalty equal to the
cost of a new item.
In case of intentional or negligent actions by the user, additional compensation
for the period of
closure until the facility is restored may also be charged.
※ Regardless of the reason, damage or soiling of furniture, bedding, etc., due
to vomiting will incur a
flat fee of 100,000 yen.
- (13) Do not move the furniture, appliances, and equipment in the facility
without permission, and do not
renovate or modify the facility without permission.
Please do not take home the interior decorations and items deployed in the
facility.
- (14) Please separate facility waste into "combustible waste," "non-combustible
waste," and "cans,
bottles, plastic bottles" and put them in the trash bin in the 2nd-floor
kitchen.
※ If the trash bin in the 2nd-floor kitchen is full, please move it to the
outside trash bin.
※ As this is also part of experiencing local life, please throw out the trash on
garbage collection
days.
We have prepared a vacuum cleaner, floor cleaning sheets, etc., so please keep
the interior clean.
- (15) Face towels and bath towels are provided only in the initially provided
quantity. If they become
dirty, please wash them yourself, as additional or replacement towels cannot be
provided.
The use of equipment such as towels and sheets must be approved by the host in
advance.
- (16) Please sit on the toilet and do not flush anything other than toilet paper
down the toilet.
- (17) Please note that long-term stays do not confer legal rights related to
residence.
- (18) When going out, please turn off the power to appliances such as air
conditioning, TV, and
lighting.
- (19) Accommodations for minors only are not allowed without the consent of a
guardian.
- (20) In principle, check-in time is after 4 PM, and check-out time is by 10 AM.
Please adhere to the
schedule strictly.
Please follow these checkout steps.
2. Entrance Door Key
- (1) Always lock the facility when going out during your stay.
- (2) Do not disclose the entrance door key of the facility to anyone other than
registered
guests.
- (3) Keep the entrance door key safe. Losing it incurs a high cost of over
100,000 yen.
3. Payment and Related Matters
- (1) The facility only accepts Japanese Yen in cash. Please use credit cards for
reservations through
Airbnb or other OTA sites.
- (2) Additional charges and penalties will be invoiced in cash.
- (3) Please make the payment by the checkout date.
4. Anti-Social Forces, Concerns about Violating Public
Order and Morality
If a facility user is deemed to fall under any of the following, we will promptly refuse
usage and ask for
immediate departure. Note that if such facts are discovered after booking or during
usage, we will refuse usage
at that time.
- (1) In the event of being identified as a member of an organized crime group, a
person related to an
organized crime group, or any other anti-social forces.
- (2) In case of violence, threats, extortion, unduly demanding and similar acts
are recognized.
- (3) Individuals who have been notified of usage refusal by the facility in the
past.
- (4) In cases of engaging in acts that disrupt morals, such as gambling, or
causing inconvenience to
neighbors.
- (5) In situations where there is a risk of endangering oneself or causing
feelings of danger, fear, or
anxiety to the neighborhood due to mental exhaustion, drugs, alcohol-induced
loss of self-control, etc.
- (6) If there are acts such as loud singing, shouting, or disruptive behavior
inside or near the facility
that causes disgust or inconvenience to others.
- (7) In the case of acts similar to the above.
5. Prohibited Items and Actions
If the following prohibited actions are discovered, we will promptly refuse usage, and
you will be asked to leave
the facility. A penalty of over 300,000 yen will be charged.
- (1) Prohibited Items to Bring In
- ・ Animals, birds, and other pets
- ・ Gunpowder, volatile oils, and other inflammable or explosive items
- ・ Items emitting foul odors
- ・ Items prohibited from possession by law or regulations
- (2) Prohibited Actions
- ・ Distribution of advertisements, promotional materials, selling items, and
solicitation without
permission from the facility
- ・ Taking photos, videos, or conducting any business-related activities
without permission from the
facility
- ・ Smoking outside designated smoking areas within the facility and its
nearby surroundings
6. Changes to House Rules
- (1) The facility may, at its discretion, change these rules.
- (2) In the event of changes to these rules, the facility will publish the
changes, including the content
of the new rules and their effective date, on the facility's website at least
one week before the
effective date.
- (3) If a guest uses the services of the facility based on these rules after the
effective date of the
changed rules, it will be deemed that the guest has agreed to the changes in
these rules.
- (4) The interpretation and effectiveness of these rules shall be in accordance
with Japanese law.

Cancellation Policy
- (1) The cancellation policy of the facility is free until 7 days before
check-in. Cancellation
fees are 50% for 5 days before, 80% for 2 days before, and 100% on the day of
check-in.
- (2) For Airbnb, free cancellation is until 4:00 PM, 5 days before. Afterward, a
50% refund
(excluding the first night and service fee) will be provided.
- (3) Cancellation policies for other booking sites are as listed on those sites.
- (4) In the case of long-term stays, charges are billed in advance, and there is
no refund for
mid-term cancellations.
- (5) Booking directly through this website allows you to enjoy price discounts,
accept reservation changes, but does not
accept refunds.
Cancellation fees vary by OTA site, so please follow
the
cancellation
policy of the OTA site you booked with.
