1. Air Conditioner Usage Guidelines

Do not start all six air conditioners simultaneously within a short period.

While all six air conditioners can operate at the same time, they cannot be started simultaneously to prevent overloading the electrical current.

Do not start all six air conditioners simultaneously within a short period.

Starting multiple air conditioners at once draws a large amount of current.
In Japan, household electrical current is limited to a maximum of 60A. The maximum amperage for a single electrical outlet is 15A.

If excessive current is detected, Tokyo Electric Power Company will automatically cut off the power. Please be aware.
When excessive current is detected, the power will automatically cut off for 10 seconds. If the issue is not resolved and the problem recurs, the power will be automatically shut off by Tokyo Electric Power Company.
If an automatic power outage occurs, it may take time to restore, so please be cautious.
For more details, please check the Tokyo Electric Power Company's website. https://www.tepco.co.jp/pg/consignment/for-general/trouble

When using the air conditioner, make sure to close the doors and windows in the room to prevent the air conditioner from working too hard due to excessive current.
To avoid wasting resources, please use electricity and water appropriately.

2. Garbage Sorting and Collection Days

Sorting garbage is important. Especially, if bottles and PET bottles are put in burnable garbage, they won't be collected, so please be careful.
Also, to prevent crows from scattering garbage, be sure to use a net for burnable garbage.

(1) Burnable Waste

Regular household waste becomes burnable waste.

Collection Days: Every Wednesday and Saturday. Please put it out by 8:30 in the morning at the designated outdoor location.

(2) PET Bottles, Cans, Glass Bottles

PET bottles, cans, and glass bottles are recyclable resources.

Please do not put PET bottles, cans, and glass bottles in the burnable waste bin.

Collection Days: Every Thursday. Please put it out by 8:30 in the morning at the designated outdoor location.

3. Bathroom Ventilation

Bathroom Ventilation

Since bathrooms tend to be humid, be sure to ventilate them.
In summer, open the bathroom window to prevent mold.

After shower, be sure to press ventilation button ➂ to ventilate the bathroom.

4. Hygiene in Bathrooms and Kitchens

It is necessary to use filters to prevent pipes from clogging with garbage.

(1) Kitchen Sink Garbage

If garbage remains after washing in the kitchen, replace the filter. Filters are located under the kitchen shelves.

(2) Bath Drain Garbage

Replace the filter in the bath drain once a day. Filters are located under the washbasin.

5. Bath Mats

As bath mats contain water, they need to be disinfected and dried.

(2) Drying Bath Mats Outside

On sunny days, dry the bath mat outside for disinfection and drying under sunlight.

On rainy days, you can replace it with a spare mat.

6. Towels and Bed Sheets

Towels and Bed Sheets

Just like at home, please wash towels yourself for hygiene.

If necessary, wash bed sheets yourself as well.
If you need to change them urgently, take out new ones from the cabinet drawer on the 1st floor room.
However, please obtain permission in advance.
